FindMyClaims is a popular solicitor and PPI service from the Stevenage area. One of our longstanding clients, the brand initially enlisted us to refresh their creative output and help with a new direct mail strategy to acquire new customers.

Our brief, since we began working with FindMyClaims, has been to test and deploy successful DM and retain the industry leading response rates.


Our solution was to create both an acquisition pack, in which we tested over 50 versions of different messaging and artworks, and a weekly fulfilment pack, where responders would finally send their details.


High-quality third-party data was purchased to ensure that the brand had access to the right customers, at the right stage of their customer journey.


FindMyClaims has seen its response rate climb considerably since we tested the first mailer pack, and has become one of the highest earning claims services. By constantly testing new variations of each DM pack, on high volumes, we have been able continually to take learnings and refine the process. 


Response rates to our DM have consistently reached 2-3% (a 28% increase YOY) across the campaigns, which translates into significant returns on investment.
