Voted the Times’ best 40 Law Firms in the country for the third year in a row. Abbiss Cadres provide a range of legal and professional services, covering areas from employment and human resources through to law, tax and data protection for businesses of all sizes.
They provide services to many multinational groups as well as UK headquartered businesses and work with a wide range of professional services firms, both in the UK and internationally, to help them meet their clients’ wider people-related needs.
Abbiss Cadres appointed us to produce engagement emails in the new branding, which launched early 2021. We also were tasked with collecting, organising and categorising their customer and prospect data to implement a sales process in Salesforce, as well as a CRM programme.
> our strategy
Through analysis of Abbiss Cadres’ leads and customer database, we created new classifications for all businesses based on lead statuses, marketing engagement and other factors. After organising disparate datasets into one single view we could then re-sync this with their sales and marketing platforms for more effective communications.
> the result
We set up a B2B database in Salesforce, with a structured set of definitions, categories and taxonomies bespoke to Abbiss Cadres – maximising the sales teams’ opportunity to convert leads.
Using out of the box software, we designed a system whereby users of all levels (director – sales – marketing) could view existing clients as well as leads in a single, rich view. The marketing team is also now enabled to create campaigns using a suite of email templates to any cohort of prospect or customer.
