Uber Eats have a global presence in 36 countries, and have helped over 30,000 partner restaurants to start a delivery service or improve their existing one. Uber appointed us to increase their level of vendor uptake to their delivery platform following a successful pilot DM test in Glasgow.
> our strategy
Due to the competitive nature of the industry, and the lockdown climate having such a negative impact on the industry, we needed to be sensitive to individual restaurants’ struggles and convey key reasons to encourage sign ups to Uber Eats.
We developed a suite of 3 letters, conveying three separate proof points; Uber Value, Uber Reliability and Uber Scale based on access to over 2 million Uber customers, an easy to use app and free vender set up.
Our ‘test & learn’ approach focused on the effectiveness of both frequency of contact and messaging to encourage sign ups.

The campaign was a roaring success, exceeding expected response rates by 50%, onboarding around 2,000 restaurants into the sign up funnel, all driven by inbound requests.
