FindYourPPI asked us to develop an initial direct mail campaign to target consumers who had been mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance (PPI).
The challenge for us was that we only had 18 months until the FCA government deadline, so we had to move quickly!
> our strategy
We selected Sue Cook, a trusted Journalist and TV presenter, to be the brand spokesperson – to build credibility fast and act as the consumers trusted voice for our core audience of middle-england 45-65 years old.
Initially built from zero with direct mail, we evolved the campaign to integrate press ads, digital ads, door drops, direct mail and radio.
The Zebra Dashboard underpinned all stages of ‘test & Learn’ and provided the insight to deliver the optimum multichannel campaign on a regional basis to reduce the need for national level spends.
