Probio7 aims to educate people on the importance of keeping their gut happy and healthy, offering 1-2-1 nutrition consultation with an expert and range of supplements to suit varying customer needs.
With TV and Radio adverts in development, they appointed us to develop a targeted offline campaign to support their campaign and increase both subscription sign ups and sales.
> our strategy
We first profiled their customer database to identify best-fit audiences, and using geo-demographic modelling we identified the best fit postcode sectors to target them with Door Drops and Partially Addressed Mailings.
We also proposed new third party insert opportunities, reviewing each candidate titles’ audience base to suggest the best fit for Probio7’s subscription health products.

The campaign provided an immediate uplift in customer subscriptions, with messaging, format and segmentation learnings for the future produced by our Zebra Dashboard.
